In case one of the products we sent you is not suitable, we can change it for you within 10 days of receiving it.

No changes are made to the following Contact Lenses:

1. Astigmatic

2. Multifocal

3. Coloured with myopia degrees

In order to change the product, it will need to be sent to us in the original condition. The customer can return it to us in any way he/ she wishes and must immediately inform us (by phone or e-mail) regarding the replacement of the product.

In case the customer is not interested in any other product, a refund is possible.

The return fees  has zero cost if the package is sent via "Geniki Tachidromiki" , otherwhise the shipping cost is paid by the customer.

For all the other countries in Europe the return fee is paid by the customer.

 

All special contact lenses orders are non-returnable and refunds are not offered for the following categories:

1. Multifocal

2. Astigmatic

3. Coloured with correction of degrees

4. Special offers from the manufacturer upon customer’s request.
